Online Fundraising Program

Do you find it hard to host a fundraising event that fits within everyone's busy schedules? With families so busy, some great fundraisers are not successful if the day/night falls during sports, homework demands, or other family activities. With our Online Fundraising Program, your school can set up an all-online program where your guests can purchase tickets online, your school with will the credit for it, and families can use the purchased tickets anytime during the year.

Just follow these simple steps to raise funds for your school:

  • Pick a date range for your fundraising event. We suggest 1-2 weeks to allow families to find time and the budget to purchase.
  • Submit a request for the date & event.
  • We will review your request and send you a Promo Code if the event is approved, along with purchasing instructions for your guests.
  • Promote your event with email, facebook, your school’s website (with their permission of course), and flyers within students’ weekly packets.
  • Your group can purchase their tickets online and you can encourage them to use their own facebook, or friends to also use the Promo Code when purchasing tickets.
  • At the end of the fundraiser we’ll send you the totals from your event and process a payment for 15% of all online sales with your Promo Code. The check takes about 30-60 days to process.

The Fundraising Program is currently available to public or private schools with 75 or more students, non-profit organizations, booster clubs, or other not-for-profit groups interested in raising funds for their organization.

Step 1: Pick a Date
We offer fundraising programs Monday through Thursday evenings, and typically need three weeks advance notice. It may be best to consider multiple dates that will work for your group, as we only allow one fundraising group per night. Only authorized school personnel, or PTA/PTO representatives, or authorized representative from your organization can officially book events.

Step 2: Submit a Date Request
Submit a request by contacting our Group Sales Manager. Once you reserve your date, it is yours exclusively. No other organization will have the same date you will, although the park will remain open to the general public.

Step 3:  Promote Your Event
We will create custom flyers you can print and post around your school, classrooms, multipurpose rooms, cafeterias, bulletin boards, employee break rooms, satellite offices, or wherever members of your school or group meets and can pick-up a flyer. They will be customized with your school or organization name, date and time which you can reproduce to send home with students, staff, or volunteers one week prior to the event.

We will also provide a custom embedded email with your school or organization name, date and time that you can forward to students, staff or volunteers that they can print and take with them.

Step 4: Host Your Event
You can sit back and enjoy the FUN! Greet and mingle with your guests, students, their parents, clients, or supporters of your organization during your fundraiser, and know 15% of all register sales (excluding food, merchandise & points) from your group are going straight to your organization!
