Thank you for your interest in SpeedZone! We have a strong commitment to the community and are proud to support non-profit organizations by offering fundraising opportunities and charitable donations. Please read our requirements and complete the form below to be considered.

Our Goals

SpeedZone takes great pride in being a community partner by donating to hundreds of fundraisers in the community each year.

 

For Non-Profit Requests

We are pleased to assist qualified organizations with their fundraising efforts with a once-a-year donation of two (2) All Day Attraction Passes. We give priority to the communities where our Guests and employees live, work and play. Since we receive a high volume of donation requests, the following guidelines have been established to ensure fairness and consistency:

  • Requests must be from non-profit organizations and charities holding fundraisers. Tickets may only be used as raffle, silent auction or auction items. We do not donate to individuals, for-profit organizations or any group not listed as a 501 c-3 not-for-profit organization.
  • To be fair to the public, we do not typically make contributions to religious, fraternal, political or social groups.

For Academic Requests

Each year, we are delighted to participate in a variety of civic, charitable and outreach programs that are dedicated to children and their families. We would like to provide teachers with an opportunity to reward their students for their hard work throughout the school year. Our Teacher Reward Cards offer each student their choice of either a free go kart ride or a free round of miniature golf.

We would greatly appreciate your participation in this program and commitment to distribute these free rewards to your students. Simply complete the form below and our team will work on processing your request.

All requests are subject to approval. Quantities are limited and will be fulfilled based on availability. Reward cards are for individual use. Not valid for group trips or outings. Each reward card must be signed by teacher.

Online Fundraising Program

1:PICK A DATE

We offer fundraising programs Monday through Friday evenings. Submit a request by contacting our Group Sales Manager. Once you reserve your date, it is yours exclusively. No other organization will have the same date you will, although the park will remain open to the general public.

2: PROMOTE YOUR EVENT

In order to ensure a successful fundraiser, you need to tell people about it! We will help provide a template that can assist you in creating a custom flyer. Post around your school, classrooms, cafeterias, etc

3: HOST YOUR EVENT

You can sit back and enjoy the FUN! Greet and mingle with your guests, students, their parents, clients or supporters of your organization during your fundraiser, and know $5.00 from every pass sold will go straight to your organization!

SpeedZone Puts The FUN In Fundraising!

Book your school fundraiser package with us and receive:

  • Ongoing support to make your event a success

The Fundraising Program is currently available to public or private schools with 75 or more students, non-profit organizations, booster clubs, or other not-for-profit groups interested in raising funds for their organization.

STEP 1: PICK A DATE

We offer fundraising programs Monday through Thursday evenings, and typically need three weeks advance notice. It may be best to consider multiple dates that will work for your group, as we only allow one fundraising group per night. Only authorized school personnel, or PTA/PTO representatives, or authorized representative from your organization can officially book events.

STEP 2: SUBMIT A DATE REQUEST

Submit a request by contacting our Group Sales Manager. Once you reserve your date, it is yours exclusively. No other organization will have the same date you will, although the park will remain open to the general public.

STEP 3: PROMOTE YOUR EVENT

We will create custom flyers you can print and post around your school, classrooms, multipurpose rooms, cafeterias, bulletin boards, employee break rooms, satellite offices, or wherever members of your school or group meets and can pick-up a flyer. They will be customized with your school or organization name, date and time which you can reproduce to send home with students, staff, or volunteers one week prior to the event.

We will also provide a custom embedded email with your school or organization name, date and time that you can forward to students, staff or volunteers that they can print and take with them.

STEP 4: HOST YOUR EVEN

You can sit back and enjoy the FUN! Greet and mingle with your guests, students, their parents, clients, or supporters of your organization during your fundraiser, and know 15% of all register sales (excluding food, merchandise & points) from your group are going straight to your organization!

We will also provide a custom embedded email with your school or organization name, date and time that you can forward to students, staff or volunteers that they can print and take with them.
